The Carbon Footprint: measurement and reduction

For a better future that aims to protect and respect society and the environment for future generations, we quickly committed to measuring and reducing our carbon emissions in order to understand and manage the impact we have on the environment and to identify steps to take to improve it.

We strongly encourage our dear partners to share this ecological vision by disclosing their emissions in order to have better collaborations and define common objectives.

Adherence to sustainability standards: transparency and commitment

At Misfat we are fully committed to adopting sustainable and responsible practices to maintain the environment as well as our community.

This commitment is reflected in our participation in globally recognized initiatives such as the Science Based Target or SBTI to set science-based emissions reduction targets or the Carbon Disclosure Project CDP, to transparently disclose our carbon emissions.

Misfat is also present on the Ecovadis platform to regularly assess and improve its sustainability performance.

These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to social responsibility and continuous improvement to create a more sustainable and equitable future.

Science-based targets initiative

Misfat Filtration is committed to aligning its climate actions with the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative. This involves measuring greenhouse gas emissions (scopes 1, 2 and 3), setting clear reduction targets compatible with the 1.5°C goal, and implementing concrete actions such as improving energy efficiency, using renewable electricity and engaging in dialogue with suppliers. We are currently in the COMMUNICATE-DISCLOSE phase.
